-SMPJNPHAB SCHOOL LOGO-

SMPJNPHAB stands for Sekolah Menengah Pg Jaya Negara Pg Hj Abu Bakar. Formerly known as Sekolah Menengah Mumong Kuala Belait. The renaming to Sekolah Menengah Pg Jaya Negara Pg Hj Abu Bakar, Kuala Belait in the honour of the first Belait District officer Pg Jaya Negara Pg Hj Abu Bakar took place in August 1998.

SMPJNPHAB has a special Science Centre which caters for primary school pupils who achieved 5 As in their PSR examination.

The school also offers Sekolah Ugama in the afternoon which started on the 1st May 2003. SMPJNPHAB students can attend Ugama classes in the same school.
